My name is Kevyn Monier

Hi, I’m Kevyn Monier, founder of Heart & Mind Healing Therapeutic Services. I work with individuals who want to improve their sleep, better manage stress and emotions, and feel more in control in their daily lives.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapy, but what makes it unique is how I blend clinical work with performance principles. The same structured tools I use in therapy—like CBT strategies and practical skill-building—are also used to help people think clearly, stay steady under pressure, and perform at their best.

I believe healing and high performance aren’t separate goals. When your mind is more balanced and your reactions are more controlled, everything else begins to improve as well.
