CBT- and EMDR-Informed Therapy to Help You Regain Balance, Sleep, and Emotional Control
Feeling overwhelmed by depression, anxiety, trauma, or chronic stress?
Are these challenges affecting your relationships, work performance, sleep, or parenting? Struggles with low self-esteem, emotional reactivity, relationship conflict, anger, or insomnia can feel exhausting—but effective, professional support is available.

Welcome to Heart and Mind Therapeutic Services.

I bring over 10 years of clinical experience as a licensed clinical social worker, including service as a U.S. Army Captain and 73A Clinical Social Worker. My background includes working as a psychotherapist for the Department of Defense and as a therapist and performance coach for Division I collegiate athletes in Michigan, supporting both mental health and high-performance demands.
In therapy, I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help individuals manage anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, and sleep concerns. Sessions are offered through secure telehealth, allowing you to engage in therapy from the comfort, privacy, and safety of your own home—a setting where many people feel most at ease and open to meaningful work.
Treatment is collaborative, goal-oriented, and tailored to your specific needs, meeting you where you are—both emotionally and physically.
To support accessibility and real-life schedules, evening and weekend appointments are available. If you’re ready to move toward healing, emotional balance, and improved well-being, I invite you to connect and explore how therapy—delivered in a space that feels comfortable to you—can support meaningful change.
