Anger Management

Kevyn Monier, MSW, LMSW, CBT-C, at Heart and Mind Healing Therapeutic Services uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients manage anger by recognizing triggers and changing reactive thought patterns. Treatment focuses on developing awareness of early warning signs and using strategies like pause techniques, relaxation, and effective communication. Clients learn to respond more intentionally rather than impulsively. Over time, this approach reduces anger intensity and improves emotional control and relationships.
