Insomnia

Kevyn Monier, MSW, LMSW, CBT-C, at Heart and Mind Healing Therapeutic Services uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to improve sleep by addressing the thoughts and behaviors that interfere with rest. Treatment includes identifying unhelpful sleep beliefs, building healthier sleep routines, and using structured techniques to support a consistent sleep cycle. Clients also learn relaxation strategies to reduce nighttime stress. Over time, this approach improves sleep quality and reduces anxiety around sleep.
